Your lung is supposed to be sterile and it is sensitive to foreign material and particles, if you constantly inhale foreign substances, you will over time damage the immune cells in your lungs that are there to protect you from bacteria. The immune cells will then signal other immune cells to come to help out to kill those foreign particles that it doesn't know how to kill (think black carbon and soot in a smoker's lung, or asbestos in asbestosis). This will just progressively further damage your lungs over time.
And all for what? To look like a faggot with oral fixation.
