In a hypersexualized "My Fuck Will Out" culture, STDs themselves are normalized because the idea of voluntarily abstaining from sex is socially and physiologically intolerable to those who are able to have gratifying sex more-or-less on demand (higher status men and physically attractive normies, generally). Take, for example, the popular riposte on this forum which is likely to be directed at this post itself (though I'll pre-empt it, now): have sex. In coomer culture, Volcel abstinence (which does not apply to the very ugly and the incels, it should be noted) is emptied of all of its positive content, both in the secular sense of the public health and the traditional "moralfag" cultural senses.
In this view, life without sex-even for 40 days and 40 nights!-is not worth living, so why abstain in the first place. It's a heterosexual, less extreme version of the gay male imperative for sex (unrestrained by female sexual selection) which gave rise to the AIDS epidemic in its (gay) North American context, and to the bugchasing fetish. "We have to have sex anyway, No Matter What, so why bother trying to avoid it." And the "lesser" problems of gonorrhea and chlamydia, etc, continue circulating. Until one day the antibiotics just up and stop working.
