Elimination of wireless devices (they cause a long list of effects including brain damage, especially in children), supplementation with NAC (and possibly garlic), vitamin C, vitamin E. Various herbs as well. Cacao is good for neurogenesis, celastrus paniculatus, hemidesmus indicus, gotu kola, chaga, ashwagandha, etc. Some can make fairly tasty teas, others cannot (celastrus paniculatus is very bitter). Though these are somehow psychoactive, and I don't know if ashawaganda in particular would have hormonal effects on children. There are many herbs that are good for the brain and other organ function.
Ultimately though, looking back on my own life I would say limit the depth and degree of mistakes your child can make. Guide, but don't control. I was left to just do whatever, most of the big picture thinking was left to me from a young age. Too much of the wrong kind of responsibility and control. Beyond that, I don't have kids and don't really know. Symmetric body movements and working in actual physical space is beneficial for the child though.
