It is probably an OK choice, especially coming from vz, but you could choose almost anywhere else and do better, except if you're in some retardedly specific field that's only researched in 3 countries.
You could just jump over to brazil, USP is doing pretty well these days. Otherwise, you know where to find the US of A. Canada is harder to get into for less reward (also WAAAY expensive as a foreigner) but another option. Switzerland pays hand over fist for grads, and hong kong could also be an option.
