The bottom feeders are so tilapia for example stay the fuck away there is a reason why flips look so deformed and undeveloped. Other then that the fish shitskins and non-whites eat have tons of mercury like mackerel, shark and swordfish.

Salmon ,crab , trout are staples among White fishermen for a reason, Whites have been fishing longer than anyone after all and made it popular.

unironically I think this could be related to the low meat intake and to high use of soilent in their foods
its wierd that they have difficulty growing beards considering they live in cold climate... suposedly the cold gave auropeans more body hair by the act of evolucionary preassure/selection, and clear eyes... only the pale skin goes inline with the climate evolutionary factor...
