Sup /sci/ college chem fag here, I have been working on an extracurricular project that requires bare aluminum power (no oxide layer) do any of you lads know how to go about producing something like that in a safe way? The powder needs to be on the 1-40 ish micron scale but doesn't need to be too consistent. My biggest issue is finding a way to physically or chemically remove the relatively hard and unreactive oxide.
> Inb4 "are you making flash powder" no I need the aluminum for it's ductile properties and low cost.
Really any ductile bare metal will work so if you can think of one let me know
