Theres no reason to assume that the rate of ocurrence of births in the universe is big enough to cover all combinations of "selfs"(whatever the exact definition is) for you to be born again, emerging back "from the dead" in some planet until the heat death of the universe.
Its just a probability problem that we don't have enough information to solve, just assuming that will happen because it could is retarded.
