I'm going to be starting a personal project regarding genetic engineering/tailoring of humans, and I have a few questions I'm hoping you can help with. The project will start by focusing on identifying the genes responsible for height, skeletal development, muscle density/strength & it's development, and then to refine the process of altering these genes in all stages of human development. I am not related to any government, NGO, clandestine organization, or any known/unknown secrete societies. Just an anon who is captivated by the unknown. Mind you I have little quantifiable knowledge on the subject as all I am bringing is financing & vision to see it through. My questions to you are as follows.
>Where to find the proper personnel?
>Sourcing of proper equipment?
>Adequate location(s) for privacy & lax legalities?
>Where/how to acquire test subjects?
>Anything else I am missing?
