How do you stay focused during long blocks of lectures?
Every Tuesday I have 6 hours worth of lectures and one 3 hour thermochem lecture, about halfway through I just loose all interest and motivation and I don’t pay attention
How do I keep myself motivated?

Yes, but they’re like three minute bathroom breaks
On other days we have like 1-2 hours between lectures but tomorrow there’s barely any breaks and I’m dreading it

Try to synchronize your bouts of concentration with the style and flow of the lecturer. If you have done your reading, you do not have to concentrate when the topics are introduced. Concentrate when the interconnections are explained, when meaning is uncovered and when conclusions are drawn. The lecturer will transition between presenting concepts (which you should already know (no concentration needed)) and drawing conclusions and expanding on them. If you have a possibility to watch a recording of a lecture from a class you aced do it, and try to find this cyclic flow in the density of the information presented.

if you find yourself loosing focus, start doing problems in lecture.. There's no point in half assed listening if you cant focus. You can also try asking questions, but not too many that would distract from the lecture. Best solution is taking a breather of at least 5 minutes and just exiting the lecture and going for a walk or something

Yeah if you can download the lecture notes beforehand and go through them, at least a read over, you'll have the basics. That way you can zone out a bit when the lecturer is going through the notes and still be able to follow.
Just remember to perk up when they say something interesting
