Also, the basic midwit answer would be 18. 11*11 is 121, whose digits add up to 4, same for 22*22 and 33*33 is 1089, 1+0+8+9 is 18.
And that’s not how you use equal sign, maybe congruence (equal sign with another dash on top of it) would be more appropriate but idk
