Self-Reliant, Efficient, Sufficient, and Rational.
The universe is self-reliant in that it is self-contained and does its work in isolation.
The universe is efficient in that the minimal engineering effort ends in greatest result. The simplest constituents are used to greatest effect. It is non-superfluous in that there are no unnecessary parts.
It is sufficient in that its effectiveness should be realized: it should accomplish its aim or fulfill its purpose. This sufficiency is ruled by rationality(specifically inductive reasoning) in this case.
