>>11312727if you don't know electronics you will not understand any of his technical work, if thats yuor case I recomend "the problem of increasing human energy" (its about the human demant for energy sources and he also talks about other things related to human nature like war)
if you know electronics I would recommend the pattent US645576A where he describes a super high voltage "direct arc" transmitter ("direct arc" meaning that the spark or arc is the medium for the tranfers of the energy from one terminal to the other) in this paper he describes a small unit for his lab were the terminals are encapsule inside a tube that is put under vacuum he explains with detail that this is to improve efficiency at ""lower voltages"" (this are still high voltages!), he also describes the possibility to make this type of transmiter at big scales at even higher voltage (he never made one at big scale, only experimentals in his labs, this were big but they were still only experimental)
if you think you gonna learn a "new electronic theory" you are goin to be disappointed, theres nothing of the sort in his published writings the only references to such thing is from interviews where he doesn't agree with some "modern" concepts but latter some of his postulates were proven wrong for example his postulate that atomic energy is impossible.
theres a compendium book he published about experiments of elecrical phenomena ("On Light and Other High Frequency Phenomena") but this is "regular" electrodynamics the same that we learn at school, its basically about excitation and induction , also the "skin effect" at high frecuencies (1khz and higher), about how to generate high frecuencies with mechanical "switchers" etc...this book is from 1893!!! its equaly interesting from a pure historical perpective but if you know nothing about electronics you will understand little about it
