I would like to divide the animal species into technology dependent and independent. A very broad definition of technology would be used. Using sticks or stones as tools to get food is already technology. Building a dwelling like a nest, anthill, hive or even burrow would also be counted as technology.
Animals that don't need technology for survival have everything they need given by their bodies. These include wild cows, horses, wolves, whales, ...
I would count many birds as technology dependent as many wouldn't survive for generations if they wouldn't have nests. Same for bees regarding hives.
Now the question: Could a human survive anywhere on earth without any technology? This includes apparel, knifes, spears, fishing rod, any kind of dwelling, etc. Just making use of what is given by the human body like bears, antelope, boars?
