I can't even sleep for three consecutive hours, it feels really intense and I wake up feeling as if I'm in literal hell and Satan has been pranking me all these years.

I've read that ferritin may play a role... My levels are 10.2 ng/mL (which seem really low) but my doctor told me they were OK.

BTW I've been off of beer and coffee since November yey.

Any suggestions besides shooting myself on the head?
