Assume that a powerful being or civilization is trying to artificially fit as many Earth-like worlds into the Goldilocks Zone of a star functionally identical to our sun as is physically possible to act as sort of a cosmic nature preserve. How many can fit before their orbits start interfering with each other?
Alternatively, what if the civilization tried to fit more Earth-like bodies into the habitable zone by having at least some of them be moons of gad giants?
