High energy EM waves may (?) resonate with the aether to increase the angular momentum of the aether. This effect can be used to engineer a sort of inertia reduction device like a mach effect shield. Lowering the gravitational field intensity within such a device may have some benefits other than the obvious zero gravity trampoline park with topless strippers. I would like to rule out all possibility of such a device or engineer one.
