Mathematics is the most meritocratic branch of the sciences, it has had women being awarded for their work since the 1800s and has not cared if you were non-white for over a century, if you've got the brain then they want it.
If there is a problem then it exists before people hit the Mathematics department.
I am absolutely sick of this unquestioned "diversity is good" mantra, no-one mentions anything concrete other than more restaurants, it's just "good feels brah, I know a friendly Muslim"

What you're doing is pontificating, I can do it as well.
It MAY be the case that segregating races creates an optimum education tailored to the ethno-racial needs of the individual, look at how much better blacks were doing in the 60s under segregation in regards to school outcomes.
I might be making a link where there is none but it's something to consider, it MAY be the best way for everyone, it MAY be /pol/ delusions.
