Is it possible to, without drugs, cause your body to produce dopamine by doing certain tasks that don't normally produce dopamine?

For example, is there a way to trick your body into producing dopamine when you read a newspaper? Or tie your shoes? Or smelled a certain smell?

How would one go about doing this? The only thing I can think of is to link it to a certain activity that causes your brain to produce dopamine naturally. For example, if you could see a naked woman every time your tied your shoes.

Has there been any studies on this? Any information of note?
