how much hydrogen is left in the universe? are there estimations? because i'm kinda worried (not really though)

A lot, only a tiny percentage of hydrogen has been used by stars. The issue is that most of the remaining hydrogen is in intergalactic space because it was blown out of galaxies during their quasar phases, which is why many galaxies (including our own) have either already run out of hydrogen for star formation or will within the next few billion years.

Almost non, over the past few decades astronomers have transformed most of the matter in the universe into invisible "dark matter" and as a result the fraction of hydrogen in the universe has been dropping precipitously since about 1980 or so.
If things keep on going in the same direction then there will be no hydrogen left in the universe before this century is over.

I hear the nearby betelgeuse is just a few million years old.
