Hi there, /sci/... So recently I started doing math on my own, got through middle-school level and am going trough the first year of high school. Everything is usually fine but puzzles like these always give me a hard time because even if I can picture how the problem works (if you give a woman one dress and one fox then the two others have the remainder to chose from and then the last pick is pinned) I can't see in which "direction" i should go to solve it. It frustrates me because all the normal exercises I can do just fine. How should I proceed ?

What are the odds of having:
1) a situation similar to the one on the picture, namely having each woman wear a dress of a different color and a fox of a different color still ?
2) each woman having a fox and a dress of matching color ?
3) the red-haired woman having the red fox ?
4) each woman having a dress matching the color of her dress ?
