why are resources being dedicated to (otherwise worthwhile) advancements like space exploration, when medicine is still imperfect?
I would imagine that all efforts of those with power would be put towards perfecting their own bodies
do not all humans face the same problem, of flawed bodies? how could the corrupt even consider diverting funds from altruistic causes to luxury items, instead of attempts to prevent their imminent death?
