But the answer is that it isn't a mouse, it's a piece of ice that was flying around. Had you actually watched a SpaceX launch with your brain turned on then you'll see that the Falcon 9 second stage sheds lots of ice.
And even if somehow it's a mouse and the second stage is a prop, then why would the conspirators post the footage when it's clearly flawed? If some random person on the internet can spot it that easily, then ((they)) can see it too.
