Hello, my brain has been infected with excrement from nanobots who are made to gunk my brain wrinkles. The nanobots come from agents coughing near me on the street and the exhaust of certain cars. They also reproduce and die in my brain causing more gunk. I hear a constant buzzing in my brain because of this. Doctors will not clean it out and many do not believe me or have been paid to deny me. I doubt I was even talking to real doctors. How do I clean the gunk/excrement/dead nanobots out from between the wrinkles of my brain?
