I'm not from these parts and don't even know jack about math, but I do have a question I'd love to get some answers.
Do you guys remember that one project that essentially gamefied biology so that people can play it and possibly find cures for stuff while doing some highscores?
Ever since I saw that thing I started thinking "why isn't more stuff done this way"?
You know, make the research for something open for the public so people can help as a comunity. Even better if people make it a game so jackasses like me understand anything that's going on.
Why isn't more stuff done like that? Or does it exist and I'm just out of the loop?
I feel some fields would greatly benefit from this format, such as space exploration, medicine, politics and humanities.
