I started at 18 like "everyone" does. But then life happened for one reason or another and I eventually got stuck in a bad cycle of meaningless retail wagie jobs and a very toxic relationship.

It's a different experience to when you're 18 but I'm enjoying it. I worked in electronics previously and realised that to do anything interesting, well paying and that uses your brain you need a degree.

I considered EEE but a friend who did it talked me out of doing it, sounds like I dodged a bullet desu
