Can someone tell me how the fuck India is so poor despite a massive amount of the Indian diaspora in the west becoming really highly educated (doctors, dentists, physicists, mathemtacians). I know Indians in the west work really fucking hard and take studies seriously, so why is the country of India so poor?

Average indian IQ is pretty low, but the indians who go to the US are part of the elite, the ones with the highest IQs. Same reason Indians in the UK aren't as succesful since they tend to be closer (though still above) to average.

The west allows most people including 80 IQ people to achieve success because we built a functioning system that gives opportunity to all.

Indians are actually underperforming academically even with the advantages of resources from being the highest income and the recent immigrant effect.

What does this mean about the West? IQ is becoming a nonfactor to material success.
The vast resources of the west allows Youtubers, streamers and artists to become successful but for how long until this well dries up?
Are we in a period of being plundered after innovation has dried up? Are we in the period of "Partying like Rome never fell"?

You've answered your own question there. Indians all want to get the fuck out of India because it's so poor. They're highly motivated to study hard and get a career that makes it easy to immigrate.

There's also 1.4 billion of them. That means 14 million people in the top 1% of intelligence. There's a lot of really smart Indians because there's a lot of Indians.

The diaspora is the very elites of India. It is very expensive to travel over half the globe and study in the West. Average Indian is much dumber.

Doubtful.
Resources historically available seem more important in determining how they can advance or continue to advance(in the case of India) as well as circumstances that arise. Geography over all can effect these things.
At most, country's success is a some of these factors equally.
Who knows what IQ really is though?

Homogeneity is not an automatic predictor of success though for a countru though. If that is the case, U.S. would have failed a long time ago since the 1800s with when it started with different white ethnicities, once separate in Europe, who came in same place followed by other races and ethnicities.
There are many more important factors ag play, or at least many factors.

also, the most important factor in IQ is access to a good education, I guarantee that a vast majority of Indians in these positions have not come from slumdog millionaire rags to riches backgrounds, but have the support of large and/or relatively wealthy families. At least this is how it is in my country, it's very rare to see a self made immigrant because the costs of immigrating here are so high and the opportunity to escape poverty is so low in these places.
