And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.
Come, let Us go down and there confuse their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.”
So the LORD scattered them abroad from there over the face of all the earth, and they ceased building the city.


We were genetically clamped by the Elohim in one of our prior iterations, LORD likely meaning Enlil. Looking at the state of man now, perhaps we're nearly to where it'll be done again? That leaves the mechanism of these resets as the primary factor. Everyone should be discussing this.
