Hey, guys, I need some help with my ear whenever I put pressure to it it makes a noise that sound like sand and it only in the right please give me a reason to why it might be happening

Dunno. Maybe it's sand in your ear. Try pouring hot candle wax down your ear canal to absorb the sand, then pull the wax out.

Do these exercises. They help with a variety of ear problems, if you don't have an infection or foreign object in them or TMJ. If this does not help, within a few days, or it gets worse go to a doctor.
