Someone told me today that evolution isn't real because there have been no proven records of something genetically mutating a novel organ, and that mutations only destroy (i.e the loss of fur in an animal) and don't create (i.e the gaining of fur in an animal). He also said some stuff about a pig tooth being mistaken for a human tooth and fish being found in Japan that were supposed to be extinct. I know he's wrong, but I'm not smart enough to prove him wrong. What do I say?
