Applicants are required to submit three letters of recommendation that are dated and signed, and preferably on letterhead:

1. One letter must be from a science professor
2. One letter must be from a community service experience
3. One letter from one of the following:
Research Director or Principal Investigator (if you have research experience)
Representative from volunteer program (if you have medical-related volunteer experience)
Medical/Research Pathway Program Director (if you a current participant or have completed a pathway program)
Current employee (if you have paid work experience)
Faculty member (science or non-science professor)
