I don't know if I can do it, /sci. I want to study math in uni, I'm so fucking interested, but I just think I'm too stupid. I sit at a 121-125 on the WAIS IV, but a 107 on the Stanford_Binet. I score 120 on most random online IQ tests, which probably means nothing. I just can't help the intellectual insecurity crushing my urge to continue to study. I'm working at the Khan academy content to prepare for a bridging course, but the anxiety and dread associated with my own lack of innate intellectual capacity is horrifically depressing. I can't focus, I can't enjoy study that I was enjoying a day ago. Am I doomed because I have a shitty IQ? Is it over before I even begin it? I don't want to bother pursuing something I'm inevitably going to fail at due to genetic handicaps. Anyone else know this feel? Anyone else pushed through it succesfully? I don't know what to do. I feel lost.
