I watched Karate kid the other day and Mr. Miyagi made a quote about how rocks are strong but flow water past them and they will eventually wear down.

Yes they do cause cell damage and known to expedite cancer cells learning about it was part of my safety course. You won't die immediately but you will cut off up to 10 years off your life and end up with cancer if you constantly sit near them. The smaller ones are more dangerous, don't go near broadcast towers at all. Personally I shut the power off when I have to be near them and have a safety device to tell me how much waves and what type are coming off.

As long as you don't get shocked or punctured by them, they should be harmless. The electromagnetic radiation released by antenna is in the microwave and radio range (there is less energy in those than in visible light) and so it is harmless.

This is of cause assuming the concentrations are not extremely high. Near some powerful installations the concentrations can reach harmful levels where the radiation can and will literally heat up your brain and internal organs to unsafe levels.

Well there is scientific evidence that powerful microwave antenna, such as those found near powerful mobile masts do have some negative health effects. Heating up the brain is the only explanation I can possibly come up with as to how those negative health effects can manifest.
