Theoretically if you travelled 300 years into the past and provided very detailed and specific instructions on how to manufacture one modern car, how long would it take them to make it? The instructions include how to gather every natural resource to make every material to make every part needed

You are looking at a decades long uplifting process. Plenty of parts in a modern car (like all the electronics) need highly specialized tools to make, tools that need their own special tools to construct, and so on foe several iterations before you get to tools you can make with 1720's level tech.

not really. The modern vehicle is a leap with electrical technology, but vehicles aren't special at all. Steam engines were already a thing before the 1700s.

You could built an internal combustion engine but consider that there is no gasoline, the world is still running on whale oil and coal. Hell rubber wasn't even used in europe until 300 years ago.
You're just not going to be able to build a modern car pre-industrial revolution.

a lot of it would come to quality of casting
and actually making modern alloys

Quite a long time. Developing the capacity to even manufacture the parts would take a very long time.

I haven't checked every modern car in existence but they don't need all the bullcrap that they have. A modern motorcycle wouldn't be very difficult.
