Hello /sci/, I have some symptoms and wonder what the cause is.
These symptoms occur together, and often appear during the winter time.
I have numb lips which may be partially swollen, and my penis itches, particularly in hot water.
There are no visible warts, and given that I have never kissed a girl or had sex, I doubt it is an STD.
Could it be caused by dry air?
I am having difficulty finding a disease online with both symptoms.
