Lately I've heard from one of my professors about some recent developements in construction of transistors (or other computation-able constructs) based on proteins.

Could anyone direct me to some interesting or promising papers on that subject? I have access to Scopus and Web of Science databases.

Also as a sidenote, if someone has some nice infographics comparing human brain to modern era processors, that would help as well.
