One idea ive floated is to treat the crime problem with anti psychotics drugs. Basically giving the black population somelike seratonin inhibitors with maybe adderall to calm them down and refocus them.

before you say...well what if they dont take it...simple put it in the water supply whatever, but what is the humane solution? letting them be a drain on society or drugging them so they are aleast peaceful
