A is probability of visiting a physical therapist
B is probability of visiting a chiropractor

Either a person visits a chiro, visits a pt, or visits neither. We need to subtract out probability of visiting both so we don't double count the people who went to both.

A+B+0.08-0.28=1
A=B + 0.16

Plug that shit in and solve.
