What are some sci approved ways to study better? I have a competitive exam in about 100 days and I need to study around 12-13 hours from now to cover the entire subject matter. Tell me some of your best tips

If you're not used to study for long periods of time you won't suddenly start studying 12h a day, it takes time, months to be more precise, to develop an habit, chances are big that you'll get tired after the first hour. You should start with 2h, then after a few weeks, increase this time to 3h and so on.

You can make it if you make use of concentration pills then, but they are expensive and you'll need a medical prescription. You might also be a person with outstanding concentration skills, but if that was the case I doubt you'd be here.

use the pomodoro method. study 30 minutes, take 10 minutes of rest. and by rest I mean doing nothing related to study. walk around/watch something/play a instrument/etc. after those 10 minutes go back to study for another 30 minutes, after 30min take another 10 min break. keep doint and see how far you can go until you burn out

I too have my finals in around 100 day so and I’m scared bros. I tried doing tests from years before and I got 10-20% on basic math. I didn’t even bother to do extended ones. If I fail them I’m literally going to commit suicide.
