So, what are your opinions on cryonics?

Do you believe that someday in the future the people that preservated their bodies through this method will be walking on a futuristic Earth? Or will they just be corpsicles to be mocked by the future scientific generations?

I for one would freeze my body, because hey, death is one of the major certainties of the modern universe.

Cryo is fucking hard though and there doesn't exist any framework to take a completely frozen mammal and bring them back to life, no matter how briefly.

And those companies go out of business and ditch corpses to be destroyed by the state all the time. Its expensive as shit.

True but if you could be preserved untill a future where there's life extension technology you could have a much longer lifespan.

who the fuck would want to live on a planet where nobody dies? Imagine EVEN MORE competition, crowding, lack of resources, pollution. And i mean can you even imagine what kind of asshole wants to live forever? People would probably hunt you down because of religion, jealousy, or just on principle alone.
