Gut Bacteria Autism Cure

I have autism and anxiety, diagnosed and all. Recently over Thanksgiving break I discovered that I had successfully recreated an experimental treatment for it, using a full round (or almost full round, kind of fucked it up a bit) of antibiotics to destroy a bunch of bacteria in my stomach, and then using probiotics afterwards that contained Bifidobacterium lactis and Lactobacillus acidophilus. I did not use near enough antibiotics, or they weren't reaching my gut in large enough quantities, because the positive effects only lasted for a little more then five days or so. But during that time I was free of anxiety, I was laughing with people, smiling, enjoying myself and generally being a normal mentally healthy person. I want to try to get to that state again, and this time permanently. I know that a fecal transplant can obtain the better and more permanent results as my temporary cure, but I'm not sure how to get that treatment, or if it's even possible. TLDR: Any ideas on how to destroy a large portion of gut bacteria and fill the gut with healthy bacteria?
