I was reading a thread on another board and they started talking about rogue waves the someone mentioned rogue holes, I had a shiver run down my spine thinking of all of the ships that fallen in to these, one minute you are on the surface the next your ship falls 50 meters and bam you are crushed and immediately drowned dying in a sudden panic, these things freak me the fuck out, it would explain all of the sudden disappearances without a trace or communications.

Ideas ?

Also anybody know of any other spooky/strange mechanisms that are apparent in nature.
