I don't really care about particulars.
I consider such distinctions mostly arbitrary and ultimately empty.
I just try to pragmatically figure out how to let people be happy.
I suspect some transgender people get very insistent on such matters because of feelings of gender dysphoria.
You may have heard the phrase "feminine penis."
It's obviously silly but transgender people need to play such language games in order to not feel strong feelings of distress.
To be honest I really don't know how best to handle a lot of this stuff.
The public can't always be walking on eggshells around transgender people.
