We have Man A B C, Ma Mb Mc, and we also have Women A B C, Wa Wb Wc.
1. The first generation will need to maximise the number of children (as there is 0 inbreeding). Let us assume the men have 40 years of fertility, and women have 20.
Now, we must let the each men fuck each women in this order: Ma+Wa, Ma+Wb, Ma+Wc, Mb+Wa ... (permute the entire list.) Let us assume the women can give birth once a year (they need time to recover from giving birth.)
The men take turns fucking the women every year. (so Ma children will come first in year 1, then Mb in year 2 and so on).
Thus we would have (in the second generation):
7 children of Ma + Wa (call this Caa)
7x Cab, 7x Cac 7x Cba... and so on for a total of 60 children. We will assume there are 50% gender split.
2. Now here comes the fun and fucked up part.
Caa, Cab Cac, Cbb, Cbc, does NOT have the genetic material of man C. This means that Mc can fuck them for another 20 years (they grew up in the initial 20 years while they werent fucked. Plus we can fuck the girls once they are healthy enough to give birth, there are no laws here)
So, assuming an even gender split, there are ~15-20 girls that are unrelated to each man. Thus each man can fuck ~17.5 girls 20 times, giving rise to a population of 600 third generationers (they kinda have to share as there are only 30 girls) WITHOUT INBREEDING (honestly this is super efficient and based).
3. From this point on, I'm quite sure 630 (30 2nd gen boys) genetically diverse people can sustain themselves. Otherwise, we can construct a database/table of every third gens parents, and match them to second gen boys for the 300 girls to get fucked without inbreeding, resulting in a population of 6000 people, and we can always painstakenly repeat this process, but by then i dont think it matters.
