Just keep your dose as small as possible while still having increased focus and everything will most likely be fine. Finding good dose takes some experimenting.
If you try to chase euphoria from amphetamines you will develop problems and will not have increased ability to focus. You might feel that you have great focus but if you record your progress you will see that it is not great with high doses.

I changed to lisdexamfetamine because I think it is superior for studying compared to dexamphetamine because of smoother and longer effect. I dont feel crash at evenings that I had when I used dexamphetamine.
