modafinil seems like a better idea than amphetamine.
eating keto or fasting can work as well. so can exercise (don't overdo it though, makes you too tired).

Exercise (rowing, walking, low impact cardio) 5 days a week.
Stop eating sweeteners/artificial sweeteners, grain products, dairy products, and red meats.
Drink no more than 16oz of coffee before noon.
Have sex with another people once a week at least.
Get 2 full hours or more sunlight at one time at least once a week.

Keep this up for 1 year. If this solves your issues by the end of the year then great, continue it. If not then go get sick pills from a doctor and medicate yourself until you die.
