Dentists, vets, soldiers etc who are empaths or whatever all get suicidal and PTSD.

Have you guys heard of Kleinfelters syndrome, it's sortof like downsyndrome.
You get born with double the amount of adrenaline and testosterone etc so you and up 7 feet tall, super strong and really violent. Its caused by inbreeding ;)
Soni think it's an evolutionary mechanism so if our tribe gets so small you have to interbreed you get "supersoldiers" to protect it as a last ditch effort to survive.
So humans have quite a few ways to get round evolutionary obstacles.
Sociopathy is one.
If you get raised in a warzone, be it a real war or from child abuse, sociopathy is an ability that you aquire.
You never want sociopaths in charge though. They always need a handler.
