So english isn't my main language but I can talk it without much problem, the problem is when I'm reading documentation for anything in english I pretty much just "read" it, and I forget the information quickly (no matter the subject or how easily the explanation could be)
How can I stop "just reading" and actually start reading stuff comprehensively in a way I can properly learn?
