In this system you have legal fictions that represent each party without having to physically BE the party.
There's a whole school of extra-legality that deals with just gaming the system, like by letting your legal fiction take the fall while you, the person, walk away scott free because in the eyes of the law it would be the same as sending "McDonalds" to jail.
