I have a rare condition and I'm trying to figure out why.
Climacturia, which is a man peeing instead of ejaculating semen during orgasm.
Normally, this is common after removal of the prostate(usually because of cancer).

I cannot find information about this ANYWHERE. As far as I know I still have a prostate but most if I jerk off "normally" I squirt pee not semen.
