What does my Hepatitis B DNA result mean?

I need help to understand what the doctor wrote i've tried searching some of these terms but i still dont fucking get it. I have hepatitis B which i got when i was little and now i have to give blood sample.

I got test results and it said 1.54 LOG. HBsAG quantitive showed 23 , 409 iU/ml . It said that i was anti-HBe positiv since 2016.

PK 1.1 ASAT that was 0.51 but an ALAT on 1.4.
Then the doctor said that my ALAT increased but little suprised about high HBsAg quantitive.

I'm sorry if i kinda translated it badly but what the fuck does this mean to me?

HBsAg: sign of infection, acute or chronic, going by history it's chronic
anti-HBe: sign of previous infection
ALAT and ASAT: liver function test, higher numbers means liver damage

What!!? My doctor didn't say anything about this. He took some liver test with a machine that pushes a piston. Like hitting and it bounces back. They said my liver was fine and its getting better weird.
I smoke and drink ocassionaly but i will end it since i go to gym and try to get fit.

One time i asked this question on 4chan and they said that i should ask for antiviral medication but my doctor said it wasn't needed and it will go away.

It depends on how bad your liver damage will get, it's a case by case basis. It's not a simple medication, it gives you the flu basically.
